The happiness index of the UAE is one of the most important indicators of the 2021
vision. The vision is to be among one of the biggest leading centers in terms of well-being
and happiness as well as contributing majorly to the promotion of the well-being of the nation
as well as around the world (UAEU, 2021) .The goal of the center is to assess the happiness
indicator of UAE, to conduct research in terms of happiness as well as well-being, and to
develop professional consultancy programs as well as develop the capacity building. The
purpose of this paper is to understand the Psychology and Happiness Center, the internal
environment, and the external environment. To study the external environment, porter ’s5
forces model is analyzed. To conclude, the Psychology and Happiness Center is a
government-owned center that works for the well-being and the happiness of the citizens. It
was recommended that the organization works to achieve its goals, vision but italso
contributes to the campaigns for youth to promote happiness and well-being.

The strategies of the management include preparing the students to be different in their
specialization areas, be productive, and be aleader of the society (UAEU, 2019) .To achieve
this goal various initiatives were taken such as to improve the effectiveness in learning as
well as in teaching, to introduce new programs as well as to increase the quality of the
ongoing academic programs, to enhance the efforts of recruitment so that students who
achieve high gets attracted (United Arab Emirates University, 2018) .To develop innovation
in areas as well as research capacity in areas that are nationally and globally important. To
achieve this goal certain initiatives were taken such as to improve the quantity and quality of
researchers as well as research, to develop the innovation of research in those areas which are
of national importance. To promote academic programs as well as the reputation of the
university globally (Mckeown, 2019) .To achieve this goal certain initiatives were taken such
as to continuously assess the quality of the academic programs, to promote the reputation of
universities worldwide, to enlarge the approval of universities as well as the academic

administrative services. To achieve this goal certain initiatives were taken such as to make
sure that the quality standards are implemented, to procure the management as per the best
practices, to strengthen the quality assurance of administration, to make use of financial
resources effectively and efficiently, to make internal as well as external communication
effective, to provide same services for everyone working in the organization with ahigh
degree of efficiency, to implement the best practices in terms of leadership. To establish the
culture of innovation in the work environment (Yaghi & Al-Jenaibi, 2018) .To achieve this
objective certain initiatives were taken such as to facilitate, recognize, foster, and reward the
innovators as well as the innovation, to establish an innovative ecosystem, to strengthen the
mindset of people in terms of innovation within the community.
The community has around 3000 staff and faculty members who all are dedicated to the
mission which is to promote knowledge to the people of society, provide quality of education,
as well as to develop research solutions for the nation (UAEU, 2021) .The aim is to recruit
highly qualified personnel so that an exceptional experience of the employment is created as
well as to increase the job satisfaction among employees, the skills of the employees as well
as the performance of the employees, professional development is facilitated. The whole team
is devoted to providing excellent customer services, professional support, and atransparent

have increased from AED 1,935,906,655.94 to AED 1,945,324,228.97 (UAEU, 2017) .The
total expenditures have deceased from AED 1,603,163,112.87 to AED 1,635,116,627.64. The
ending fund balance have decreased from AED 332,743,543.07 to AED 310,207,601.33. The
total assets have decreased from AED 718,551,325.01 to AED 700,427,477.50 (UAEU,
2018) .The total liabilities have increased from AED 503,027,583.15 to AED 507,064,810.78.
The ending fund balance have increased from AED 718,551,325.01 to AED 823,082,000.82.
The fixed and the routine expenses include the cost of shared room which is AED 5,600 per
student, cost of food is AED 2,000.00 per month, medical test is AED 250, identity card is
AED 170, residence visa is AED 204.55.
Division, Units, and Center
The psychology and happiness center of UAE has 6units in different cities such as
Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, Ras AI Khaimah, and Umm AI Quwain. The center of
Dubai was established in 2011. The is located at the headquarters of the ministry. This is
considered the main service center in the Ministry of Health and Prevention (Ministry of
Health and Prevention, 2021) .The happiness center of Sharjah was established in 2012. It is
located in the building of Sharjah Medical District. The service center of Fujairah was
established in 2002. It is located in the building of Fujairah Medical District. The center of
Abu Dhabi is one of the service centers in the Ministry of Health and Prevention. It is located
at the headquarter of the ministry in Abu Dhabi. The customer service center of Ras AI
Khaimah was established in 2007. It is located in the building of RAK Medical District
(Alsaadi & Miniaoui, 2018) .The customer service center of Umm AI Quwain was
established in 2012. It is located in the building of UAQ Medical District. These centers
provide various kinds of services such as clearance, export and the permissions for imports,
medical suppliers, licensing and registration of healthcare facilities, sick leaves, and medical
