Create a two (2) day induction/orientation program and an induction schedule to show:
•Relevant presenters,
•Relevant topics,
•Program activities and timings.
Documentation showing that training is provided for those employees involved in the induction/orientation program.
Create an action plan for probation training and development of the new employee. (about three months)
Create two (2) evaluation questionnaires seeking feedback on the effectiveness of the selection and induction process.
1.The first questionnaire is for the new employee to provide feedback while;
2.The second questionnaire is for the employees involved in the selection and induction process.
MAKE SURE YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE INCLUDES ALL THE RELEVANT INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION INCLUDING:
•An introductory statement about who you are.
•The purpose of the questionnaire and;
•A confidentiality statement.
All documents were presented:
•With a signed assessment cover sheet.
•With an Assessment Task sheet.
•Using the Harvard referencing system for in-text references and reference list.
•Written and presented professionally.
•Without errors, spelling mistakes poor punctuation and written English.
