Briefly introduce organisation, its size, level of complexity, primary functions, market sector and using Mintzberg’s configuration model classify its structure identifying its key part and its prime coordinating mechanism.

2.    Symbolic Frame
Using Schein’s concept of culture identify the major VISIBLE artifacts of the organisation including logos, slogans or specific images & language used.

What inference can you draw from these in terms of what message(s) that the organization is sending to external stakeholders. Students should link this to the relevant key assumptions of the Symbolic Frame
