Having been hired as a product manager, you quickly realise that the company doesn’t have a product master plan. Upon pointing this out to the CEO, s/he is skeptical of the value of expending resources on constructing a PMP, and asks you to put together a brief document to state your case.
Thus, you are required for this assessment to write a 1000 word document presenting you argument in favour of developing a product master plan for the company.
