This project is about creating a new induction - make it better. the idea was to make an induction before first shift in work to be familiar with the company and what it does. there is no need to re do it or make completely new induction just to make it better slightly change it. the company is in Ireland - if there is need any legislation or law to be involved. everything should be in euros if there is any figures added in the project. here is the webpage - promotions the company itself was just owned by UK. so there is everything new by UK standards - i think this can be mentioned and used for creating a new rules such as handbook and induction - for example one day all restaurants are closed and organised induction and introduction to the company and all policies and rules.
