The process of writing a substantial piece of work is much like any larger undertaking in that it is useful to think of it as being composed of many smaller pieces and then tackling each one separately and successfully. It is fully recognized that different people will generate different plans for different businesses. These plans will be a reflection of their research, what they believe is important, the stage of writing that they are at, etc.

It is unclear to many students as to what should/could go into the Operations /HR Plan. The purpose of the operations plan is to set out the legal, regulatory and operational practicalities associated with launching and running your business.

Realize that not all of these will apply to your business. They are intended to serve as idea starters and to help you extract things from your learnings/worksheets/readings that COULD go into an ops/HR plan.
