The purpose of the assignment is to allow you the opportunity to explore the best practice adopted by a particular industry as an example of business law in action. In separate parts of your answer detail the issues to be considered for Emile and Layla who considering opening a shop called “Muffin Break” in a Westfield Shopping Centre Food Court. You will need to cover the relationship with FoodCo (the Franchisor), leasing with Westfield and employing two permanent part time staff.
