Using the case report, you are required to prepare and deliver a presentation of your findings to the class.
2. The expected duration of the oral presentation is 5 minutes minimum.  
3. The oral presentation is to include the following: a. A brief review of the facts and legal issues in the case.
b. Identification of the decision of the court with particular attention being paid to the reasons why the court made the decision which it did, clearly identifying the relevant case law and statutory references.  
c. Your opinion accompanied by a brief explanation as to the merits of the decision
      5. Rules regarding the oral presentation: a. You are not to simply read from your written report or other material but you can use cue cards if you wish.
b. Please remember to consider the audience and speak more slowly than you might think is necessary.
c. You are able to use additional resources such as power point slides to support your presentation but these should be kept to a minimum. (I will need to be provided with copies of any resources used for this purpose prior to the presentation). Please bring any electronic resources on a usb. Do not expect to log into your student account. 6. Prepare a feedback/evaluation sheet to give to members of the audience to complete as to the effectiveness of your presentation.
