Research aim and objectives: This research aims to analyze the elements related to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction such as commitment to the brand, perceived experience, rewards system, promotions, etc. that influence customers to repurchase in three supermarkets in Masterton, which helps business to flourish. The opinions of key members of three retail supermarkets will enable better understanding of research study.
In order to achieve the aim of the study objectives are core methods, the key objectives of research are to:
a)Identify the factors which create loyalty and satisfaction.
b)Examine the relationship between customer loyalty and customer satisfaction in supermarket,
c)Investigate the effects of  attitudinal and behavioral loyalty when purchasing the product.
d)Evaluate how customers decide to make repeat purchase after being loyaly and satified
e)What are the tools used by the supermarkets in this competitive business environment for satisfaction of customers and repurchase the products
