The aim of this particular assignment is to provide the description of the self-assessment criteria regarding to their graduate capabilities in the course of FEIT Graduate Attributes and in the AQF level 9 with respect to the knowledge, skills and application (Abbas, Ahmad and Kalid, 2014). The capability of graduates mainly depends on their course taught which includes needs of the system, problem solving capability, managing ourselves and improve the communication skills and the coordination. It also teaches the graduate students about the practices in the global standard of the rule and regulations of the different culture (Akuegwu, 2013). Students also learned to develop their personal skills and knowledge using those rules and regulations.
The course regarding the syllabus of FEIT Graduate Attributes for the master degree students is provided below. These activities help the student of FEIT Graduate Attributes to develop their personal and professional skills to implement those activates in the practical practices.
In the environment and society, the IT and engineering is required in case of accessing the needs of economic, social and sustainability. In our graduation course, we learned to identify, interpret and analysis the needs of the stakeholder and also learned to identify the priorities and established the goals of the business. There are several systems such as culture, environmental, social, business, etc. and we learned to identify the uncertainties, certainty and the risk of those systems (CARDOSO and BADKE-SCHAUB, 2011). From our learning, we are also able to apply the principles of the sustainability in case of creating viable systems. We are also capable of applying the system thinking in case of acquiring the behavior of the complex system that includes the component's interactions with the other available systems.
The capability of problem solving and designing is essential in case of creating and modifying the artifacts (Chu and MacGregor, 2011). There are several methodologies that I learned in our course regarding the problem solving and also can apply it to different systems. I can design varieties of components and process to meet the specifications. Also, I learned to synthesize innovative solutions and apply those in the methodologies of the making decisions and evaluating solutions. I can also test and implement the solutions and demonstrate the skills of the research.
The graduates of the FEIT will have the capability of applying mathematics, disciplines and abstraction in the vase of analyzing, designing and do the operations (Castellano, 2011). They are also capable of developing the models by using several tools such as laboratory, computer software and, other equipment. Also, they can evaluate the limitations and accuracy of the models. As a graduate of FEIT, I am also capable of all the above mentioned characteristics.
I have a capability of self-review, self-organization, life-long learning and personal development. In my graduation course, I learned to manage my own time and to prioritize my task according to the demands in case of achieving my personal goals. I also learned to use the professional and personal experience in the development of my life long education learning.
The practices regarding the IT and engineering includes the synchronization between the interdisciplinary and disciplinary activities in case of designing the solutions to solve the problems (Mkhize, 2014). The graduate students are capable of communicating efficiently with other audience along with discipline. I can work in a team as a member or a leader. As a team member, I have a talent of multi-tasking, multi-disciplinary and setting multi-culture. Also, I learned to identify and apply several methodologies of project management in my class. My communication skill also improved in the graduation class.
The behavior, knowledge and skills of a graduate should be improved in such a way that they can handle or operate any workplace of different culture and can adjust any changes regarding the global environment (Plasencia and Weatherspoon, 2015). The capability of conducting significant self-review and evaluate the performance is done by us, the students of graduate, to track the individual development of needs and to achieve the requirements. I always prefer the ethical implications in case of practices of the profession. I also understand the issues regarding the cross-culture that includes the workplaces and also the regions. From my graduation course, I also learned to be aware of the international viewpoint about the global rules and regulation, requirements and specification.
The master degree course of the AQF Specification is of 1 to 2 years. In this coursework, there are several activities that the graduate student has to learn in their study. The activities those are present in the course of the AQF Specification are such as Purpose, Knowledge, Skills and Application of knowledge and skills are discussed below (Trampont, Destré and Faye, 2011).
The purpose of the course of master degree provides in AQF Specification is to qualify individually to the students who are willing to apply for the advance body of the knowledge in case of practicing the professions and to get scholarship for future learning. The proper knowledge regarding the skills and personal development which can be useful for further learning of the students is provided here (Tennyson and Sisk, 2011).
As a student of AQF, I acquired the knowledge regarding the several areas of our practices. I learned about the body of knowledge that contains the understanding and identifying the current development practices. It also includes the practices that are related to the personal and professional area. I also developed my knowledge on the basis of the methods and principles of the researchers that are required to apply in the field work and also in the learning of several courses.

The skills are required for the graduate student to access on critical reflection on the theories and practices of the scholarship and professions. Along with the cognitive skills, there are creative and technical skills that are required to apply in the investigation (Sranamkam, 2012). I have the capability to identify and synthesize the complex data and problems that are related to the personal investigations. The theories that are established are taught to apply the practices and several bodies of knowledge. I also have a cognitive, creative and technical skill and can generate several complex ideas at the level of abstract. The concept regarding the abstract level are also can be created by me. I have technical research skills that help me to justify the methodologies and apply them to the professional practices. Communication research skill helps me in case of communicating with the specialist and the audience to provide them the solutions and the conclusion of my research. I can take the professional decisions and present them to the specialist with my efficient communication skill. I am also able to present the solution and conclusion of my research to the audience so that they can understand the result. The technical theories help me to design evaluate and implement the professional scholarship and practices and apply them in the research. I am capable of designing, evaluating and implement the theories using my technical and communication skills in the personal practices.
I can apply my knowledge and skills in the new situations regarding the professional practices in a creative way. In an initiative way, I can implement my knowledge for further learning in my profession. Also the skills that I learned in my graduation help me to implement them in my personal autonomy at a high level and also in the accountability. With my knowledge, I can plan and execute a project that is based on my research. Also, I can execute the experience of the capstone by using the technical skills and knowledge that I acquire in my study. I can also able to plan my research to present them my personal scholarship.
As a student of FEIT Graduate Attributes, I have a capability of identifying, evaluate, interpret and analyze the skills and knowledge of technical activities and apply them in the practices regarding to the professional and personal scholarship. The capability of identifying and analyzing the problems and find the solutions regarding those problems help me to solve several issues take place in my research.
