Select a firm that is listed on Australian stock exchange and provide background information on the firm, an analysis of the major industry it competes in, an analysis of its environment and competitors, an assessment of its marketing, an overview of its green marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes, identification of ONE growth opportunity and a set of recommendations for establishing a competitive advantage for that growth opportunity. In addition, please consider how the firm can implement or improve its green marketing and CSR programme. The time frame for the growth market, goals and objectives and for the green marketing and CSR programmes is three years.

To make this assignment more manageable it is suggested that you limit the scope by focussing upon only one part (SBU, or market or product/service) of a firm. For example, if you select a major bank then this would be far too broad as it operates in a multitude of retail markets (savings, home loans, credit cards, and so on), the small business market, the corporate market, foreign exchange market, superannuation, and so on. Hence, you may select, for example, just the home loan market.
