A recommendation, with justification, of an appropriate compensation plan for INVESTSUR in each country. 1. Present a compensation plan/system for the company. I would go to the UCD library and search any book on HRM that is available there online and take a compensation/pay model. Explain the model and how the model suits the company. 2. Analyse the two contexts where you will implement the model and identify potential institutional and cultural differences. 3. Based on the previous analysis (institutional and cultural), explain how the compensation plan is going to be adapted to the host country, in this case Singapore.
