In this second forum you are to consider the meanings of the following term: Leadership as Process 1.Visit the readings and subject materials for sessions Six and Seven. Consult peer-reviewed journals and articles, textbooks, Google Scholar or other relevant academic sources (NOT newspapers, Facebook, Twitter, or other forms of social media, trade journals, opinion pieces, or Google). 2.Do whatever you need to (research, discussion, critical thinking, and reflection) and develop your OWN personal working definitions of the terms (in 3 below) that make sense to you. 3.Explain what Leadership as Process means to you as an organisational/business leader. 4.Apply your working definitions to a leadership context you are familiar with. This could be an organisation that you are currently working in, or have worked in, a sporting organisation, an association or group, etc. you are or have been/are involved in.(made up one is fine you can make up the experience don't have to be real exp but must put in ) 5.Describe the context and leadership situation and discuss how Leadership as Process is relevant to your future professional practice. 6.Share your definitions, description and discussion by placing them on the LearnJCU Discussion Forum. 7.When a number of definitions are posted, come back to the forum and compare your definitions to those posted by peers.
