•an explanation of the link between the organisation’s ER strategies and the strategic and operational plan
•a review of the strengths and weaknesses of this link
•3-4 workplace examples to show evidence of your arguments
4.3.Identify areas of potential industrial conflict that may arise from the organisation’s long-term plans. This should include:
•categories of potential conflicts or industrial actions that might occur
5.Recommendations
5.1.Outline recommendations in terms of cost-benefit, risk-analysis and legislative requirements and identify how you would work with the management team to develop plans to mitigate the risks  
5.2.Include a list of the skills and knowledge the management team would need to have to effectively implement these strategies
