Pending the approval of your project proposal, you must now fully plan your project.  A project plan template is available for you on Moodle. While we encourage a group approach.
Your project may be internal or external to EDENZ Colleges and may include a personal project or a project you are currently undertaking (or plan to undertake) at work. Where possible, we strongly recommend you consider a project that will marry in or further your career. This project must have a clear time, cost and performance and should be completed in our near the completion of this course (a completion date past the end of the course can be negotiated with the lecturer – pending your programme completion date).
In planning your project, you will need to get complete consent and support from your key stakeholders. If you are undertaking an internal project to EDENZ Colleges, this will require you to regularly meet your project sponsor and other stakeholders for project scoping and progress meetings. You will also be required to follow the college internal administration procedures.
There is no word count for the project plan as the scope of your project will determine the depth of your planning. As a guideline, we suggest an appropriate project plan will be at a minimum of 2,000 words. The emphasis is on a project plan that is concise, clear, well articulated and rigorous in planning the project. Marks will be deducted for logical errors and omissions.
