Background:
The Dawson Falls Mountain Lodge is a small boutique facility of national repute within the Mount Taranaki National Park. It provides premier accommodation and proposes to expand the room capacity by 15 rooms and provide exclusive tramping packages.  
Guests will experience spectacular scenery while enjoying exclusive adventure packages within the environmentally pristine national park. The Resort is not only about luxury, and a New Zealand clean green environment but also about peaceful relaxation.
By working in partnership with Dawson Falls Mountain Lodge, you have been asked to produce a Strategic Marketing Plan. It requires a vision for the next 3 - 5 years.
1.    Produce a written Strategic Marketing Plan outlining your vision for the lodge for the next 3 - 5 years.
2.    Identify how the potential consumer behaviour trends for guests who stay at Dawson Falls Mountain Lodge will be met by your strategic marketing plans segmented needs.
3.    A critical review of the promotional strategies shall be developed which will result in channel growth, profitability and an increase in revenue management.
