Building on skills and acquiring knowledge emerge as effective strategy to face and overcome the threat. The job of RN seems appropriate and highly attractive as it provides the candidate with an opportunity to grow and develop at an overall basis. It also seems to cover a wide range of work efficiencies thereby making the individual highly productive and valuable to the healthcare setting.
