This is a task for individual students. You are required to reconsider the purchase you wrote about in week 5 and analyse the purchase using the following factors: how does the producer of the product/service segment their market? Are you in the primary target market? If not, how important is the segment within which you fall? Taking into account the positioning strategy, fully describe the marketing mix that has been developed for the segment within which you fall. The format of your assignment must be an essay. You are welcome to use headings within your essay if you wish. Your essay should be fully and correctly referenced, using APA style referencing, and you should use at least five (5) sources of information - at least two of these sources should be from academic journals. We also encourage you to provide examples of marketing activities by your chosen organisation to support your argument.
