However, tourists from both international and domestic have to face with a lot of difficulty in trading with local business such as restaurants and transports.
•Small business and mainly is street food retails try to get as much money as they can each time. The local food vendors increase the price for foreign tourist which is in a way is cheating them.
•A lot of local cuisine is hardly found on maps or on websites. The only way to enjoy good food is by going to 5 star hotels and expensive restaurants.
•Transports is another difficulty for people if they do not know how to bargain, it is also hard to explain things to locals in foreign language, so “Welcome Vietnam” application will be definitely helpful for all the tourists visiting Vietnam and will be easy on their pockets too.

•Develop an application that can be downloaded onto mobile phones, laptops, tabs, etc and can be readily used to seek pivotal information about Vietnam.
•The application can provide information about all the best tourist places to visit in Vietnam, Budget hotel, Food eateries, local cuisine, Shopping destinations and some key information on the history and heritage of the country. All the information will be linked via Google map and local currency with AUD, AD will be listed against each service.
•A local helpline for the tourists landing in Vietnam that will be available from 7 am to 10 pm so that whenever people want to seek any vital information on phone in ‘English, French, Russian and Chinese’ they can be called.
