2. Select one developmental stage from the following:
a) Adolescence
b) Early Adulthood
c) Middle Adulthood
d) Late Adulthood
3. Create an educational PowerPoint presentation for the theoretical purpose of instructing fellow professionals on one developmental theory related to the selected developmental stage. Your presentation must be approximately 10 slides in length, not including a title slide or reference slide. Your presentation should be divided into the following sections.
i. Introduction and overview of one developmental stage selected above.
ii. Discussion on the teachings of one developmental theorist (e.g., Piaget, Bandura, Kohlberg) and how they explain normal aging and development in your chosen developmental stage.
iii. Identification of a normal activity (e.g., dating, sports, parenting, hobbies) that demonstrates growth and development as explained by the chosen theory.
iv. Discussion of one negative environmental factor (e.g., genetic disorder, abuse, injury) that can interfere with this activity and impact this stage of development.
v. Description of two possible preventative measures and two possible intervention measures that could be taken to minimize the negative impact of the environmental factor that you have described. The preventions and interventions must be distinct, with no overlap of each other.
4. You must use at least three scholarly references from a peer-reviewed journal or textbook to support your presentation. You may use additional references can come from websites and less formal sources.

5. Include a properly formatted reference list at the end of your presentation. You do not need to cite in the text; a reference list at the end of your presentation is sufficient.
6. Your PowerPoint presentation does not have to be formatted in complete sentences or paragraphs. Bullet lists, tables, graphic images, etc. are all frequently used in educational presentations. If you do not have access to Microsoft PowerPoint for your project, then you can replicate a PowerPoint presentation using a word processor such as Microsoft Word (e.g., one page equals one slide).
