ASSIGNMENT2 – Major Assignment - 3,000 words For this assignment, you are required to choose 1 HRM activity from the following list of activities: 1. –Recruitment and Selection OR 2. –Remuneration Management For your chosen HRM activity, you need to do the following: 1. Identify and critically discuss 3 major challenges facing HR managers and specialists within a specific organisation/industry sector in relation to your chosen HRM activity; 2. Critically review your chosen HRM activity in light of academic literature, identify several best practices in relation to these challenges for your chosen HRM activity; 3. Provide suggestions and recommendations to address the challenges/issues that HR managers and specialists within your chosen organisation/industry sector experience in relation to your chosen HRM activity. You are required to use academic literature to support your arguments for each part of the assignment. Supporting justifications based on academic literature also need to be provided. Significant research using academic journal articles is required to complete this assignment. Assignment instructions Your assignment for MAN2145 - Human Resource Management is a report (maximum 3,000 words). The word count does not include the cover page, Executive Summary, Table of Contents and Appendices.
