Part 2: Write a reflection regarding your perspective on how an organisation can maximize and sustain value from having a PMO in place. In a few sentences, relate the key concepts to personal or professional experience, and share examples to illustrate the view point. (100 words). 

Part 3: Use the references attached and other references to provide the following: 

1. Evaluate practices and strategies of programmes and portfolios. 

2. Provide a specific example of how an organisation can maximize and sustain value from having a PMO in place 

3. Identify the antecedents of achieving sustainable value from the PMO and analyse the importance of seeing the PMO as subject and agent of change. 

Part 3, each point should be 300 words and to use at least 2-3 references for each point.
