This task worth 40% requires you to write a report in which you present the identification and analysis of an organisational behaviour problem evident in a given case study. Then you are required to formulate a plan for intervention to address that problem based on relevant organisational behaviour concepts (a minimum of five refereed journal articles published in the past ten years) and their applications – you may also refer to your text in addition. You are required to write a written report of between 1800 and 2200 words ( an average of 2000 words excluding, title page, contents and reference list), and submit your report via Moodle by your due date.

For your chosen case study…
1. briefly describe the context of the main organisational issues present. (for example history, type of organisation, stakeholders, unknown relevant information, previous solutions, etc)
2. explain the essence of the organisational problem or problems you can identify.
3. explain the organisational behaviour concepts that are useful to understand the problem/s you identified, with reference to the case study and the relevant literature.
4. describe and explain the intervention strategies you would recommend, and the reasons why you think these would be appropriate and effective for the identified problem/s, with reference to the case and the relevant literature.
