Earning profit is the main motive and purpose of an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur bears numerous risks involved in business and is responsible for organizing and maintaining resources for business operations. The feature of entrepreneur is to apply innovative thinking ability, the ability to assume risks and the ability to provide resources and dynamism so that the business is able to expand and grow in the market (Barringer, 2012). 

(bEntrepreneurship acts as a key element in Southern Cross Hospital, New Zealand. It is a private sector health care organization. It is one of the largest and most reputed healthcare organizations in New Zealand. Entrepreneurship has played a massive role in bring about radical change and major transformations within the organization. The purpose of an entrepreneur is to bring about an innovation in the system and transform the system from mediocrity to excellence. It is of paramount importance that such social entrepreneurs are always seeking for solutions and ways to solve issues and bring about dynamism in the way issues are tackled and dealt. They have to realist and visionary.
