Your essay should be presented in a reader-friendly way, so please ensure it:
â–ª is written in essay format
â–ª is double spaced with 3 cm margins on each side
â–ª has numbered pages
â–ª has a title page which includes the title of the essay, your student
details (name and student number), and your tutorial details (day,
time and tutor’s name)
â–ª uses correct in-text referencing (Harvard system), and
â–ª includes a reference list which is correctly formatted (Harvard
system) and begins on a new page.
Assignment submission rules
Each individual student is to submit an electronic copy of their
assignment online in the assignment dropbox provided in
CloudDeakin.
Your assignment will be counted as ‘on time’ if submitted by 11:59pm
AEST or AEDST on the due date.
When submitting online, you must check that you have submitted work
correctly by following the instructions provided in CloudDeakin. It is
advisable to test the assignment submission area ahead of time to ensure
your computer is functioning correctly. If technological problems are
encountered assistance should be sort from the IT Helpdesk.
Please note that your Campus Coordinator may also request that you
submit a second, identical copy of your assignment in hard copy to the
Assignment Submission box provided by the Faculty of Business and Law
on your chosen campus of study.
