Marking criteria and Assignment Guidelines

The content of the document produced by each student is required to cover specific areas and to be within specific maximum word lengths (marks allocation and lengths in brackets) as follows:-

1.       ABSTRACT: Should contain the overview of the research written to attract the reader.( 10 marks 250 words)

2.       INTRODUCTION : Should include clear indication of the work that is being researched and include the areas that the essay will cover and those that have been defined as outside the scope of this work ( 10 marks 250 words)

3.       THE BODY  of the work should be based on

i.                    A critique of individual and organizational factors that contribute towards the type of organizational political climate. ( 20 marks ( 1500 words)

ii.                   Review the impact made by culture on organizational politics ( 20 marks 1450 words)

iii.                  Discuss the type of political ideals that contribute towards the present organizational system in your organization ( 20 marks  1300 words)
