The growing Muslim population will be helpful for the growth of B&S. It was revealed that through the macro analysis in the short term (which was previously described) the progression of the UK Muslim population leads to makes the markets more attractive to the B&S.
Nevertheless, the existing economic climate would possibly constrict customer’s expenditure. This is because the prices of food has been increased as well as the calories situation as it is on the menus which leads to reducing the eating of the fast food. More significantly, it is an advantage as B&S has grilled meat which contains less calories in comparison to other different type of restaurant that has high calories
According to (Bard, 2008), the goal of Porter’s five forces analysis model is to help an entrepreneur to determine the competitive intensity and attractiveness of a market. The application of porter’s five forces on the burger industry and beverage industry is given in appendix (17)
Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC) is one of the primary B&S suppliers. HMC is an independent, not for profit and registered charity organization whose main aim is to certify the production of genuine Halal food. HMC complies with the laws for food production, as well as Islamic dietary compliance laws (HMC, 2012).  Another supplier of the restaurant is Adams, which is a provider of food and beverages in Liverpool (Adams, 2016)
Based on the porter’s five forces analysis only one from three industries is attractive, but this defeat doesn’t extract the business of being profitable as differentiation and competitive advantage strategy will take a place (Formica and Littlefield, 2000), which regard to the external factors that would affect the B&S profitable plan, PESTEL analysis was used and seen that the B&S approach of being a profitable can be accomplished as the market place appears attractive to business regardless of the current economy climate (see appendix & market analysis)
