Detailed incident report:
As referred to in the given scenario 1, it has been stated that at the commercial office of Max Lionel Realty an incident had occurred last Wednesday whereby a client who had been running late decided to leave through the emergency exit and stairwell, falling and breaking her wrist. Consequentially, the exit door was blocked by paper boxes. Then, somehow she was helped by an agent who fortunately heard her calling for help’ he had managed to open the door and helping the client. However, she was criticized by the agent for putting on high heels and that she could have taken the lift instead. The client felt quite humiliated. Later, she was taken to the nearby Royal Women’s Hospital by ambulance.
