Case Study: Culture defined as the ideas, customs and social behaviouras. Values are norms or beliefs on which one's action are based. As a punjabis we have many common values in our culture and we live in our culture beliefs wherever we go. Punjabis are most prominent about attached with our traditional dish is " Sarson ka saag and makki di roti". It is the most popular winter dish and highly nutritional because mustard leaves contains a lot of iron and protien. On the other hand, moral value of our culture are while we meet our elders, relatives we joint hands and pronounce " Sat sri akal which means "God is the ultimate truth". This is infact, the commonest  Punjabis showing his/her respect and humbleness to other person.
Feelings;My feelings regarding my moral values and culture are very respectful and this play major role in our life. Also , as more as I invovled in my moral values and enjoy my traditional dish. I do respect my value which discovers my family's customs and spirituality. I feel good whenever I speaks "sat sri akal " to my parent's or elders before I go for and coming from any occasions such as exams , journey and from religious places. I would feel same respect for other cultures and traditional as for mine.
Evaluation;According to" the wave tool", I would be surfie; this means I am fully aware of my culture values and regarding our eating habits.In my beliefs, " sarson ka saag and makki di roti" is our traditional dish because all Punjabis like to eat it due to it's delicious flavour and nutritional value in winter season. On the other side, moral values were the first manner that all Punjabis children are taught. This act is performed by all Punjabis and this gives spirit  to respect each other. The elders , relatives and parents' give good wishes .
Analysis: "Sarson ka saag and makki di roti" most favorite dish of Punjabis. They love to eat it in some ocassions like wedding, parties and mostly in the winter season. On the other hand, every culture has some values which make it incredible and famous Punjabis are known from their hospitality and respect towards people of other community. On the other side, people who live in advance life do not consider performing moral values as they think these were followed in earlier times.
