The project can be any construction project - building, roading, bridge, infrastructure, earthquake strengthening, restoration etc etc. The scale of the project is not critical, as long as you are able to identify opportunities to explore the subject matter covered in the coursework sufficiently.Meet with key project personnel - PM, Design Manager (if appointed), Contractor, Client, lead Architect/Engineers, QS.Critically analyse the design management processes used on your selected project under the first 9 headings in the coursework. Where processes have not been followed (eg. risk management), or completed poorly, comment on the impact this has had on the overall project success. Provide an alternative to show improvements that you would recommend.
