You will need to address the following in your report: Use the four steps model for developing a social media marketing strategy as the basis for researching and analysing your company's use of social media (see figure 9.6 on page 231 of the prescribed text). This will help to summarise your chosen company’s history with and current use of social media; List and explain which social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter etc.) are being used by your chosen company and assess the overall use of and effectiveness of each of these platforms; and Make three (3) recommendations to improve and enhance your chosen company's social media marketing efforts. Skills This is an individual assessment (no groups). This type of report is common in consultancies before a first meeting with a client. This is a challenging assignment and it will provide you with the opportunity to undertake a significant piece of work to show what you have learnt in this course. Your report needs to cover at least seven (7) scholarly journal articles or academic text books, excluding the course text and references pointing to a Website, on the topic.
