The research problem is that customer tends to choose any star of hotel they like, if is value for monetary and experience. For example, a retiree employee age of 50 to 60 years old that with more incomes will go for five-star hotel to stay because he wanted to enjoy the services that a five star hotel provided and enjoy his stay. But, for adult age of 20 to 30 years old with less incomes, they will mostly choose of one to two star hotel as they just wanted to spend the night when they are travelling because is much cheaper compare to a five star hotel. The research problems stated below are:
