It is an important aspect of the psychoanalytic therapy to disclose all unconscious aspects in the process. This stage will be thorough to utilize Lydia's dreams, projections, fantasies, free associations, emergent life issues and memories. The material will offer essential insight about her inner motives (be specific, what inner motives). I will give her autonomy to take control of all her instinctive or primitive forces. She will be at will to cry, sob, rejoice or shout in response to her insights (such as , what insights?) (Bandelow, Domschke, & Baldwin, 2013).
The final step is the resolution of transference. The conclusion will come after all the memories and issues are interpreted. It will allow Lydia to know more about her inner self and the conflicts in her personality. After solving all the issues, her neurotic attachment will be resolved before we set a date to terminate the session (Gabbard, Beck, & Holmes, 2007).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques included the identification and changing the cognitions and the behaviour of the client. According to the clinical study by Harvey et al. In the case of dealing with panic disorders, this report selected behavioural experimentation and combating negative thinking methods for dealing with the condition. Clarke (1986) developed a model in a clinical study of the many CBT techniques that gave insight into the contents of thought process among patients with the anxiety disorders. Barlow, Shear, Gorman and Woods (2000), affirmed that the cognitive behavioural methods are as effective as the pharmacological treatment. The patients experienced no significant differences for using the two approaches. The findings followed a trial among panic disorder patients that attended a psychology research clinic while on anxiolytic medication (Barlow, 2014). Another study included the panic control treatment that employed educational and coped strategies that yielded 79% panic-free results. The specific tactics used included cognitive reattribution in response to interoceptive exposure. According to the findings from the surveys, cognitive aspects of the therapy enable the clients to identify and combat the evidence of their misinterpretations. Consequently, the patients can replace the negative thoughts with a more logical comprehension. The behavioural aspects involved inducing the sensations that trigger fear and experimenting to combat it (McLean & Woody, 2001).
