Your summary must summarise the main points of the article, and how you see its relevance for organisational behaviour. 1) Discuss the purpose or intent of the journal article; 2) Identify and briefly describe the research methods used by the authors 3) Identify the key themes/ arguments of the article; and 4) Discuss the practical implications of the journal article. Your review will serve to inform the reader as to the content, relevance, and quality of the article in question. The reviews should be descriptive and critical; expose the author's point of view, clarity and appropriateness of expression, and authority.
