More marks if the diagrams look very professional. Must have a conclusion Conclusion/recommendation to include the initial value of the site based on comparable sales. Conclusion/recommendation must state what they recommend for the site, what the client should pay for the site (initial land value), the profit and the capital value (“Development Value”) at the conclusion of the project.
