Aerobic exercise is a type of physical exercise of high and low intensity which depends on the aerobic energy generation processes. The word aerobic means requiring, relating, and involving to free oxygen. In this the exercises, the practitioners refer to the need of free oxygen that can meet their energy demands during their exercise through metabolism. Light to moderate physical activities that make persons sweat, leads to breathe hard and increase the heart beat faster than the normal situation is considered to aerobic exercises. This actually strengthen the heart as well as lungs so that the cardiovascular systems are properly trained. The cardiovascular system is made up of heart and different types of blood vessels like arteries, capillaries and veins. Aerobic exercises also help in reducing body fat that further can reduce back pain or other chronic pain due to inactivity.
