Obtain the risk assessment form from the Blackboard > Assessment folder, and review the instructions for use. 3. Observe a person using bleach to clean. Take several photographs of the task being assessed, to use in your report. The intention of the photos is to demonstrate the task - this does not mean you need to take a photo of each step. 4.
