( CR1 paper will be attached below with original copy and a feedback copy) You can write your Policy Briefing Paper as: – historical analysis by looking at the emergence and innovation of a particular strategy in a single jurisdiction – a comparative analysis of how different jurisdictions address a particular problem at the same time – an overview of the various policy and practice documents that inform a single issue In CR2, investigate current policies and practices. CR2 requires you to source and analyse four (4) policy/practice documents based on CR1 ( So please read CR1 to link it back with the feedback) you need to know what policing and criminal justice services currently do. Policy and practice reviews provide an outline of the strategies used by policing and criminal justice services to convert research evidence into operational practices.
