Prepare a report that include the following sections:

1) Executive summary that provides a brief summary of the report and the key findings that 

emerged from your analysis.

2) Introduction about the case study.

3) How will the ERP project be integrated? Project Integration should explicitly include the following:

- ERP system background information and integration justification

- SWOT for proposed system

- Project charter – PM objectives, success measures, roles, approach

4) Identify the key stakeholders that will be benefited from the project.

5) Write the scope statement for this project, the details should include the following:

- Preliminary scope statement

- WBS (level 2/3) – Word doc or MS Project

- Project team organisation and structure

6) Discuss risks associated with the project and the possible preventive actions. Comment on the 

technique/approach that you will use to identify the risks associated with the project.

7) Ethical analysis of the case: In this section you are expected to apply the PMI values to case study 

and analyze it. Your analysis should explicitly include the following:

- Overview of the ethical issues

- How are key fundamental principles of ethics effected?

- Identify the relevant facts

- Identify the affected parties
