Relevance: One of your responsibilities as a clinical facilitator is to assess each student’s competencies according to their relevant course guidelines and provide feedback and a structured learning pathway as necessary to aid in the student’s progression. This assessment will allow you to consider and address the learning needs of a student and give/receive feedback to a peer based on their proposed approach. Students will work in pairs for the feedback component and submit evidence of collaboration along with their own learning plan
