1. Report (approximately 200 words, do not exceed -/+ 10% of the suggested word count)
In this Report stage, recall and describe an incident that happened in the virtual setting in which you experienced one or more intense and negative emotions. Discuss what happened, the trigger, people who were involved, and the type of emotions you felt.
2. Reason (approximately 600 words, do not exceed -/+ 10% of the suggested word count)
In this Reason stage, present an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the emotion(s) you experienced in the recalled incident (e.g., valence, level of arousal, primary/secondary, multidimension, etc.). Explain whether and how you expressed the emotion(s) felt in the incident in terms of behaviors. Discuss what factors might have influenced your feelings and the way you expressed them. Incorporate at least two relevant concepts covered by this module to support your analysis. Link theory to explain your reasonings.
Ensure you use two different references to support your analysis from this Module’s readings.
3. Reconstruct (approximately 200 words, do not exceed -/+ 10% of the suggested word count)
In this Reconstruct stage, consider and explain what you would have done differently to turn the recalled emotional experience less negative or more constructive to you.
4.Self-Awareness Reflection (minimum 200 words)
Write a reflection by addressing the following questions from the viewpoint of Module 4 (Emotions and Emotional Interlligence) but keep in mind this can be about anything in the topic area.
1.The major one or two major take-away insights from this module.
2.The one or two areas in which you need improvement.
3.How do you plan to work on the identified areas for further improvement? List two to three specific actions you plan to enact to execute your plan.
4.Discuss how your engagement in those actions may impact your academic performance, social relationships, and future career.
