Restaurants often design their menus around the following major food types. For each of the following food types provide an example as to how it may be presented to a customer. We have completed the first type for you.

2. In this assessment you must answer seven questions related to major food types, food terminology, food knowledge requirements, considerations when providing information and advice on food, formal and informal research methods and product information.

5. You must respond to all questions and submit them to your Assessor.
