Thus, it is essential to appoint a skilled project manager to conduct a study on the oil and gas construction industry and identify the potential threats along with providing appropriate strategies to mitigate those threats. Project Plan Overview This research project will focus on the determination of threats that are impacting the gas and oil construction industry. In addition to these determinations, it will also focus on the development of appropriate strategies to mitigate the identified limitations ( Cahyandito 2017) .
