In Part 2 of your journal, you are required to critically reflect your final negation simulation on week 12 and identify your improvements and evaluate processes and application while including effective and ineffective strategies and tactics compare with week 9 to 11.
In Part 3 of your journal, you are required to identify the most significant ethical issues surrounding the negotiation simulations from week 9 to 12 and provide recommendations on how could you avoid the issues.

In this scenario, you will negotiate a set of environmental management issues. One group will play the role of the local community group which comprises representatives from the local community, environmental groups, local business interests (fishing and scallop collecting) and eco-tourist organizations, while the other will play the role of an international resort operator and land developer from Japan who want to substantially increase the size of the resort.
Your objective is to negotiate three issues related to the development of a hotel / resort site on a particular piece of waterfront land on Australia’s Hinchinbrook Island.
Issue 1: International developer need to propose a development plan and negotiate with local community group (Developer please mark the location of resort on the map and give to the local community during negotiation)
Issue 2: Both parties discuss the possible impact on local economy

The first issue that we faced while negotiating is to convince local people however the local people argument was that they were not getting benefitted from this proposal as they don’t want to harm nature as well.
We ensured them we will not going to do any concrete construction; we will make tent set up (20 tents) with Cliffside views, privacy of a casa and natural surroundings and will do mostly wooden work for construction like for making passage and for interiors.
This will be tropical resorts which has clean friendly atmosphere in a setting of huge pools.
We will also provide jobs to their people, there will be lot of work where too much skill not require so we can use such people in order to maintain and provide services to guest.
Week 10 was about The negotiation is about a contract between Jamie Oliver and Bestbook International Publishing company ( Bestbook).
My group was Jamie Oliver who wants publish the book and negotiation about Our discussion was based on royalties, number of print runs for the book, contract signing bonus and Advance etc
The negotiation is about a complex construction project between an French multinational NIDO and a local Philippines company JGC.
