Different types of topics can be learnt from this course study including the group activities planning and resources in which several subtopics will be discussed including the review for the information that helps to identify the requirements for the group, generate different types of ideas for all the activities to identify all the requirements, document, calculate, and identity all the resources that are required for all the activities of a group, and follow up with the identification of the requirements to make the potential assistant with the resources for the own job role, and organise all the resources which is according to the procedure of an organisation, co-ordinate the processes of a group planning including seeking opportunities for all the shared ownership and collaborative planning with the clients, analyse the information about the expectation and requirements of the group, the purpose of all the activities of a group that allow opportunity and time to articulate their wishes and ideas for an individual, translate all the purposes that is proposed for the group activity will be documented in objectives and aim based on the input, design the group strategies to take into the account for a specific characteristics of the clients who has participated, manage group conflicts and processes including promote the opportunities for the active listening and dialogue between all the group members, encouraging the sensitivity of a model to the diverse participant, use all the strategies to prevent the conflict within capacity, power, and role, encourage that acknowledge for the responsibilities and rights for all the participants who are in the conflict situation, and evaluate all the group activities including seeking feedback from all the group participants to achieve the objectives, achievements, developed areas, and group process for the development, ensure all the objectives and aims for the group activities which will be provided for the feedback and evaluation.

The course, plan and conduct group activities community is designed to extend and reinforce the skill and knowledge competence with all the controlled parameters With the learning outcomes of each unit with the requirements for the performance criteria including the practical application based on the work setting which is designed to produce the competence outcome with the evidence within scheduled timeline and periodic timeline. Students will be expected for the demonstration with the required skills, including the conducted and planned group activities for all the groups with the profiles of the participant and it has been facilitated with three group sessions, and each group has five members. The group members can communicate with each other regarding their interpersonal skills, and they can also question each other and listen to each other, and they can also communicate nonverbal communication in an effective way with empathic responses. Group members can also negotiate, summarise, paraphrase, and maintain all the Techniques for conflict resolution. Students can also expect to demonstrate their skills and knowledge, including the ethical and legal consideration for their work of the group and the process in which they can apply all their individual practices within an organisation in which processes and principles will be maintained based on the practices. Several purposes are there in the service context of the community, and there are different types of resources which is required for all the group activities, including the group behaviour and group dynamics, techniques and processes are required to engage with the Learning Course which can maintain all the processes for the planning of a group with the communication techniques, and several application will be applied to work with the groups which have some relevant models for the development purposes in which they can change their stages with the additional support which is provided to the groups.
