Working as a team, you are to analyze the Freshii Inc.  story and then write a 12 to 14 page report using of the Belcourt textbook and your own credible academic sources covering the topics.  
 
You will be assessed on formatting/ citations and grammar.  Use the notes under the Content Tab and any other relevant resources.  The body of the report should be a minimum of ten to twelve pages long (not including title page and references).  Follow APA formatting requirements and use generally acceptable professional/business writing components of a report as expected from a 4th year course.   You must also include:
 
1. Executive Summary:  One page
2. Environmental Assessment - of the external and internal forces affecting Freshii Inc.  Do not do a SWOT. Rather, use Chapter three of the Belcourt Textbook and provide a discussion and analysis of the environmental forces.
3. Corporate and Business Strategy – identify the corporate and business strategies. What is the corporate and business strategy of Freshii Inc?  Has it changed since its inception?  Provide an analysis.
 
4. Using the Harvard Framework (see content tab) - discuss the HR strategy or what would have been the role of HRM over the years as Freshii Inc developed? What were the major HRM activities? Explain the Harvard Framework as it relates to Freshii Inc. With the Harvard Framework, use those parts of the framework that fit for the Freshi story. If you were in HR at Freshi, what policies, practices and outcomes, might you create and what results might you expect given the situational factors and stakeholder activities? It is ok to make assumptions, just say you are making assumptions
Case Focus Questions:
Using your experience, the case and the readings, answer the questions: What are the connections between strategy and culture at Freshii Inc?  Answer this question by creating an image or conceptual map of how HR strategy is delivered and organized at Freshii. Also, provide an explanation of how this image or map reflects HR strategy.   Introduce and explain your response in a brief paragraph. 
Building on the first question, what connections can you make between effective HR practices at Freshii Inc and organizational culture?  Please ensure you apply the reading for this assignment to make these connections.  Aim to make a minimum of three connections that are supported with evidence from the reading and from other academic sources.  How can these be improved or strengthened?
