This decision has been arrived at after acomprehensive consultation on improving most of the organization's employees. A collective agreement has been reached to consider Seneca college as afavorable institution where the employees can attend classes and continue being part-time employees. Also, ithas become increasingly important for employees to upgrade their studies to fit into the ever-changing world of technology. Requirements The college has put precise outline requirements for any person to get admitted into its course. Each employee must present arecommendation letter from the company or organization he or she is working with. The employees must also submit their academic credentials to the admission board before the business's closure next week Friday. The student must also have aworking experience of more than a year. This being ashort course, experience is an essential aspect of it. Duration The course intended takes six months for full-time students and eight months for part-time students. The course aims at boosting the experience and the expertise of the employees, and therefore it won't be along duration course. Students are also allowed to undertake the study using online classes for those who cannot access the college premises. Facilities offered by the college Seneca College is one of the outstanding colleges of international standards in our region. The college offers students services such as transport from their residence places to the college, academic advising and counseling, alcohol and drug education programs, career services, campus ministries, community services, financial aid, and food services. The colleges boost apost-modern library providing all learning material that astudent might require — this acomputerized library using high tech in delivering services. The college also provides recreations service for mature students such as bars and nightclubs. The college is diverse and operates beyond ethnic and racial boundaries attracting students from all over the world. Itoffers world-class certificates, with its albumins being the most preferable for employers across the globe. Conclusion and recommendation This is an opportunity that our employees cannot afford to lose. Joining such acollege will give our employees an upper hand in boosting their expertise and experience. With the current change of operations across organizations, such training will be essential ifour employees were given achance to participate. Therefore, Irecommend that organization facilitate the employees to undertake the course in the following ways. The organization should present the employees with recommendation letters as indicated in the requirements to allow them to be offered achance in the college. The organization should also allow the employees to undertake the course for the greater good of the organization. The organization's boss should convene ameeting as soon as possible to offer direction and guidance to the employees who are willing and ready to take part in the training.
