4.Impressions and Thoughts – Provide your thoughts on who in the employment relationship will benefit from each of these changes (employer, employee, or both?). Outline two ways each that employers and employees will view these changes as positive improvements to the workplace. How will these changes be viewed as positive by the employees? How will the employers view these changes as positive for the workforce? How will this impact the culture of the organization? Justify your response by showing the rationale for your conclusions.
