The ACS code follows several laws which follow the protocols of Australi like the Age Discrimination Act 2004, Freedom of Information Act 1982 etc (Teaching.csse.uwa.edu.au, 2017). Therefore as per the public interest value, Hardeep must choose the profit of interest for his company because he is in that IT manager post for providing those services to the company (Anon, 2017). He also chose such quality which will affect the benefits of the company and as well as his work (Anon, 2017). As per the values of the ACS Code, honest is one of the important values which always enhance the skills of knowledge and services. Therefore according to the case study, it can be said that Hardeep have to follow the professional development ethics for the development of his professions (Teaching.csse.uwa.edu.au, 2017). If he chose the deal with company B for the favor of his friend which will need more modification rather than company B, then his company fined the issues, it may affect his career (Teaching.csse.uwa.edu.au, 2017).
