Strengths: Strong relationship between BreadCo and Jada is one of the main strength. This is because Jada has been promoting for bread for the company a number of years. The company was being benefitted by promotion activity of Jada and it is able to earn huge amount of revenue.
Weakness: Jada works for BreadCo however, she does not possess promotional company of her own. Her own company would give her own identity and authority (Shiraj, 2017). She has to work under BreadCo Company.
Opportunities: Along with promoting breads, Jada has the opportunity to promote other products for BreadCo. This would help her gain more lucrative. She also has the opportunity to open her own promotional company. New products can be made and promoted that would lead to more profit to Jada.
Threats: Other similar company can also hire brand ambassadors for promoting their products (Mazzei & Quaratino, 2017). Therefore, Jada might face threats from them. Competition among various brand ambassadors might be tough. They all can be good in their own fields.
Recommendations: Jada should open her own promotional company separate from BreadCo. This would help her make more profit. Jada should not stick to promotion of only one product. She should try other products too.
